When INC Detractors used the "Decision of the Court of Appeals Regarding the Rosita Trillanes ' Libel Case"

WHEN THE INC DETRACTORS USED THE “DECISION OF THE COURT OF APPEALS REGARDING ROSITA TRILLANES’ LIBEL CASE” IN PROVING THAT BROTHER FELIX Y. MANALO IS GUILTY OF RAPE AND IMMORAL ACTS:

ASK THEM TO REFUTE THE FOLLOWING:

(1) That this decision was made by a Japanese sponsored court, taking their authority from the Imperial Japanese forces;

(2) That this decision was made by a court under the direct and full supervision and direction of the commander-in-chief of the Imperial Japanese forces in the Philippines;

(3)  That Brother Felix Y. Manalo had conflicts with the Imperial Japanese forces that resulted to Japanese harassment of Brother Felix Y. Manalo, arrested him many times, commanded him to step down as Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, and made attempt to destroy his integrity and credibility;

(4)  That during the Japanese occupation period, those that will not follow the will of the Imperial Japanese forces will be executed like what the Japanese did to Jose Abad Santos, the then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, who was executed by the Japanese for not following their will.

(5) Even some of the Justices of the Supreme Court established right after the Liberation questioned the "credibility" of the judicial proceedings during the Japanese occupation period;

(6)  That on January of 1942, the Japanese declared that all judicial courts in the Philippines were under the jurisdiction of the commander-in-chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces; on the early month of 1942, Brother Felix Y. Manalo had conflicts with the Japanese and arrested him several times; on April 21 of 1942, Rosita Trillanes and company made an appeal to the Court of Appeals about their libel case (they were convicted by the lower court on January of 1941); on May of 1942, the Chief Justice of the Supre Court of the Philippines, Jose Anad santos, was executed by the Imperial Japanese forces; and on July of 1942, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision of the lower court regarding Rosita’s libel case and went further in calling Brother Felix Y. Manalo as a “man of low morals” (the Court of Appeals decision was published by the Philippine Gazette, the national newspaper of the Philippine government that during that time under the full control of the Imperial Japanese forces).

   

Failure in refuting these arguments is failure to established the "credibility" of the said "decision" of the Japanese sponsored Court of Appeals regarding the Rosita Trillanes' libel case.

ADMITTED HIS ERROR

ON “KATA HOLOS”

REMEMBER when Catholic defender 2000 (“Vasol”) and I had a conversation regarding “Kata Holos.” This is what he posted in his own blog:

“Catholic Defender December 15, 2012 6:20 AM

“Don't educate me on the meaning of words because it's the CATHOLIC CHURCH which name the BIBLE from Greek. The same way as the word CATHOLIC is from Greek KATA HOLOS "First, I give thanks to my God, through Jesus Christ, for you all: because your faith is spoken of in the whole world (Kata Holos)(Romans 1:7-8)

Nganga!”

In his attempt to prove that the name “Catholic Church” is in the Bible he made such bold statement that “…the word CATHOLIC is from Greek KATA HOLOS ‘First, I give thanks to my God, through Jesus Christ, for you all: because your faith is spoken of in the whole world (Kata Holos)(Romans 1:7-8).”

Catholic Defender 2000 even quoted Romans 1:7-8 and inserted “Kata Holos.” He did this to make the readers believe that the word “Kata Holos” is in the Greek text of Romans 1:7-8, thus proving his claim that the word “Catholic” is indeed in the Bible.

Quoting Romans 1:7-8 and inserting “Kata Holos” was for a long time in the heading of his blog (“In Defense of the Church”). However, in my article published in The Pristine Truth blog (“Answering Catholic Defender 2000 part 1”), this is how I answered him:

“Catholic Defender 2000 also points out that the ‘whole world’ mentioned in Romans 1:7-8 is ‘Kata Holos’. let us again see his own words:

“…The same way as the word CATHOLIC is from Greek KATA HOLOS "First, I give thanks to my God, through Jesus Christ, for you all: because your faith is spoken of in the whole world (Kata Holos)(Romans 1:7-8)

“This is a BIG LIE. The ‘whole world’ mentioned in Romans 1:7-8 is not ‘Kata Holos’ in Greek. He even inserted it in the verse. However, see it for yourselves:

“It’s ‘HOLO TO KOSMO’ and not ‘KATA HOLOS’ which Catholic Defender 2000 claims. Perhaps, he thought that he can get away with it because we are too dumb to look at the Greek Text of the verse (Romans 1:7-8). A BIG LIAR INDEED.

“This did not only shows that the Catholic defenders are making lies in order to deceive the public, but also, that they are ignorant of the teachings of the Bible.”

Looking at the Greek text of Romans 1:7-8, we cannot find the “Kata Holos” but :Holo to Kosmo.” Thus, the deception and lies of Catholic Defender 2000 was exposed. Posting my answer to his blog, but he never responded:

He was silent about this for quite some time, until today. He now remove it (his quoting of Romans 1:7-8 and inserting “Kata Holos”) in the heading of his blog.
